Summary

  • Remove marketing copy (No coding. No setup. Just ask., No magic, Plain English. No SDK. No glue code., competitive comparison tables)
  • Replace with HN post's dungeon crawler demo (--model "haiku-4-5"付き) and playable link
  • Add Dockerfile and Cloudflare Workers code examples
  • Add Runtime section explaining event sourcing, checkpoint/resume/replay
  • Add Providers section with model cost angle
  • Restructure sections: How it works / Runtime / Providers / Tools / Deployment

Tone: facts and code, not claims.

Test plan

  • Verify all documentation links resolve
  • Confirm demo repo link works
  • Review rendered markdown on GitHub

Remove marketing copy and competitive comparison tables.
Add concrete demo link, deployment examples, and runtime details.
Align tone with the Show HN post — facts and code over claims.

Frame the two walls (boilerplate trap, cost gap) as the problem,
then position micro-agent orchestration on value-tier models as
the approach. Remove redundant claims from Providers section.
